Our Techniques

We have a variety of techniques that we utilize. The traditional Gonstead technique is a staple in chiropractic offices around the world. The Thompson table utilizes a drop mechanism making the adjustment less forceful. We also use the Activator and a newer lesser force technique called the Impulse instrument that Dr. Wright is very excited about.

It is based on new research from Australia and Holland and uses an adjusting instrument that uses very quick light thrusts to the spine. It uses very light and quick thrusts and patients that may not like or respond to traditional adjustments.....really favor this new adjusting instrument. It is excellent for the elderly and very young where the traditional adjustment may not be indicated. We will use the technique that works the best for YOU, the patient.

The primary adjusting techniques we use include:

Ron Asks some important questions of interest to Williston residents - Chiropractor Williston Ron Asks...

How do most people deal with vertebral subluxation complexes?
First, they try to ignore them. When they don't, they go to the medicine cabinet to stop their brain from feeling the symptom. Later, back surgery may be threatened. Sadly, it's not until this later stage that they consult our Williston chiropractic office. Yet, even with the delay, most are delighted by the results produced by today's chiropractic care. Contact us and let's get started.
Can a chiropractor heal?
There's never been a case in which a doctor (chiropractor or otherwise) has formed scar tissue, mended a broken bone or cured a headache. Only you can do that. Turns out you're the doctor! All I do is help remove interferences to your body's healing ability. Ready to get started? Call our office today.
